Job Description
Should have good knowledge in Precision sheet metal sheet metal mfg process like stamping punching ,laser cutting , TIG/MIG/spot welding /assembly & spl process like powder costing ,plating , anodizing ,etc ..
Should possess sound knowledge sheet metal precision fabrication & production systems & documentation QMS- ISO 9001 / AS9100 D .
Should have good understanding of engineering & manufacturing drawings with ability to interpret GD&T standards (ASME y14.5) & related measuring equipment’s & calibration.
Should have practice QMS 9001 /AS 9001D & safety
at work place .
Candidate should be team player with good communication, technical skills & leadership qualities .
Able to handle rework and customer complaints & customer satisfaction
knowledge of Kanban, Kaizen, FIFO implementation.
Familiar with MIS & Reporting to Plant Head
Developing and implementing quality control systems.
Develop and execute various improvements to Quality process and develop new processes on same.
Perform external audits and validate systems, establish critical processes and prepare reports for performance.
Manage and validate all materials and establish corrective actions for any non conformance.
Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
Train various teams for quality procedures and ensure compliance to best practices.
Ensure compliance to timeline and quality for various phases of engineering process.
Develop operational initiatives and participate in various meetings for same.
