COMMITTMENT TO TOTAL QUALITY 

A management representative at a very senior level has been identified to ensure that the quality system is followed and adhered to at all levels in the company. He also ensures that the product conforms to the specific requirements of the customers. Periodical management review meetings are conducted to draw control mechanisms.

Material Storage 

The material purchased by the firm are quality confirmed, received and stored in separate enclosed storage areas with material identification tag containing an array of information like - source of supply, conditions of heat treatment etc. – for easy reconnaissance. 

Further the materials are also tested, wherever necessary, at renowned and approved laboratories for their specifications. Inspection procedures have been established for identification and trace ability of materials at all stages of manufacture including post delivery situations.

The customer supplied materials received for different projects are separately located to avoid mix up.

Search Antenna’ housings. 
Chassis & cabinets for Medical electronics equipments.
Switchgear & Circuit breaker assemblies.

Export:

We directly export explosion-proof enclosures to Middle East countries.

We also cater to the international market (indirectly) through many of our customers, who are export-oriented units.
