Veer-O-Metals Pvt Ltd executes Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with its clients to protect their intellectual property and confidential information.
All information furnished or made available by the client to Veer-O-Metals Pvt Ltd, including designs, drawings, processes, compositions of material, specifications and any other technical information, in connection with the items or services covered by this agreement, are strictly treated as confidential and not disclosed by Veer-O-Metals Pvt Ltd, its employees and sub-contractors to any third party, either in whole or in part, without the client’s prior written consent.
